Customers please take this review with a grain of salt. Even though I was disappointed by my vehicle quote here. I believe they may have been trying to do what was best ( giving them the benefit of the doubt). However, with that being said. I took my car here after my boyfriend had a medical emergency while driving my vehicle. His nor my insurance would touch it. Switching insurance company’s. Long story short they gave me an estimate of $12,888 in damage. I fixed my car myself for $5,000. Not ideal, but that was my only option. I just want other people to know. That if you go here and you feel your quote is over the top. Get a second option. We did I’m forever grateful I still have a working vehicle. Sorry guys! But I think it’s important people know what they can do for themselves.

Even though they are always very busy I am treated respectfully and in a timely manner whenever I go there. I was impressed with how easy it was to get my car fixed and how good it looks! Tommy did a great job answering all my questions and taking care of all the insurance details. I've been going to Andrew's for many years. I never had anyone else work on my car. Damon is amazing and so is Tom! My car always is fixed and they solve the problem pretty quick. Damon explains everything to you and what needs to happen to get your car fixed. He's patient and very kind! He gives you updates which is what I like the most. I recommend Andrew's to anyone! I only trust them to work on my car.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they do fantastic work. My car was even done several days earlier than I had expected. Highly recommend for auto body work.
